Retired Army three-star Milford H. Beagle Jr. joins to advise institutions on executing decade-long technical transitions.

Who he was
Thirty-five years in the United States Army. Retired in September 2025 as commanding general of the service's lead organization for doctrine, training, and leader development — the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center, Fort Leavenworth, and the Command and General Staff College.

What he will do
Advise institutions on the organizational side of a transition that will outlast the people who begin it.
