These terms govern the use of Qtonic Quantum website features, executive snapshots, and governed enterprise assessment workflows.
You may request an executive snapshot or scoped assessment only for domains, endpoints, and environments you are authorized to evaluate. Qtonic Quantum does not authorize misuse of outputs for exploitation or unauthorized access.
The executive snapshot is a limited external assessment intended to provide an initial posture baseline. It does not replace a governed engagement, authenticated discovery, or environment-specific validation.
QScout Silver, QScout Gold, QStrike, and QSolve delivery require scope confirmation, commercial review, and engagement documents such as an SOW or private offer. Deliverables, timelines, and permitted use are defined by contract.
Results reflect the observed state of the assessed surface during the collection window and are subject to infrastructure variance, routing, CDN behavior, and deployment changes. Public-facing outputs are informative and should be read with the applicable commercial terms.
Buyers requiring legal, procurement, or security review materials can request them during qualified review. Additional documents may be shared under mutual NDA when the diligence scope requires controlled disclosure.
