Information We Collect
We collect contact details you submit, domain and endpoint data required for public-surface assessment, usage telemetry needed to operate the site, and communications exchanged during support, scoping, and procurement review.
How We Use Information
Information is used to deliver executive snapshots, governed assessment outputs, buyer follow-up, service operations, security monitoring, legal compliance, and contract obligations tied to the engagement.
Data Handling and Retention
QScout public intake records are assessment requests, not self-serve scan results. Request-intake records are retained only as needed for authorization review, routing, support, and legal obligations. Governed assessment artifacts are retained according to the engagement boundary, deployment model, and contract terms. QScout Silver and Gold engagement retention is contract-defined (one year by default, extendable per contract terms). Secure deletion support is available during engagement closeout.
Sharing and Subprocessors
Qtonic Quantum Corp does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by approved service providers that support infrastructure, communications, analytics, website visitor intelligence, and security operations. Non-essential analytics and visitor-intelligence tags run only after consent. Current public subprocessors are listed on the subprocessors page.
GDPR and CCPA Rights
Where applicable, users may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal data under the GDPR, and may exercise applicable rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete. Qtonic Quantum Corp does not sell personal data.
