This policy is written for authorized security, governance, and procurement teams using Qtonic Quantum systems. It keeps public-surface discovery, governed validation, and remediation planning inside consented scopes.
Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Qtonic Quantum Corp products and services, including QScout, QStrike, QSolve, and the Qtonic Quantum Lab platform.
Permitted Use
Our products are designed for authorized security assessment, cryptographic inventory, post-quantum readiness evaluation, and migration planning. You may use our services to assess systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test.
Prohibited Activities
- Using QScout or QStrike against systems without proper authorization
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary scanning methodologies
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing scan results or reports without written consent
- Using our services to develop competing products or services
- Intentionally submitting false information to manipulate scan results or assessments
- Interfering with the operation of our platforms or other users' access
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to Qtonic Quantum services. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement when required.
Consent and Scope Boundaries
Users are responsible for confirming authorization before initiating assessments, sharing artifacts, or requesting follow-on validation. Qtonic Quantum may pause activity that appears outside an approved scope while ownership, consent, or business authorization is reviewed.
