Which public hosts accept only post-quantum TLS clients, which prefer post-quantum but keep a classical fallback, and which carry an advisory posture. The table is generated at build time from scripts/website-edge-tls-policy.v1.json, the policy file the scheduled Runtime Health Monitor loads and enforces on every run. A posture change is a data edit to that file with provenance, never a code edit.
This page runs no live handshake and shows no live status. It renders the policy as last recorded; the time above is the order's own timestamp from the policy file, not a clock reading. The order note below says how precise that timestamp is.
One row per host in the policy file. “Path probed” is the path the monitor requests on that host. The alert tier is what a posture breach raises; it is a rule, not a measurement.

Regardless of the tier shown, an outright post-quantum loss on the apex or www host, and any apex application or transport failure, page.
Every posture above traces to an order recorded in the policy file. Order notes are reproduced verbatim. Evidence records are retained in the operator's artifact store and are not published on this page.

applied_at_utc is approximate (2026-10-23, evening US Eastern). qtonicquantum.com and www: post-quantum preferred with deliberate classical fallback; api, qstrike and stream remain post-quantum only until their own change is released; the install record is held by the owner.
The monitor offers each host exactly one key-exchange family at a time. The two commands below reproduce those two handshakes against the apex host; substitute any hostname from the table. Neither needs an account or any Qtonic Quantum Corp tooling.
openssl s_client -connect qtonicquantum.com:443 -servername qtonicquantum.com -groups X25519:P-256 -brief </dev/nullalert handshake failure): the host refuses classical-only clients. Expected under “post-quantum only”.ML-KEM TLS groups ship from OpenSSL 3.5; Node 22.20 and newer bundle it. Check first: node -p process.versions.openssl should print 3.5 or newer.
node -e "const tls = require('node:tls'); const host = process.argv[1]; const socket = tls.connect({ host, port: 443, servername: host, ecdhCurve: 'X25519MLKEM768' }, () => { console.log('accepted', socket.getProtocol()); socket.end(); }); socket.on('error', (error) => { console.log('rejected', error.code || error.message); process.exitCode = 1; });" qtonicquantum.comaccepted TLSv1.3: the host negotiates the X25519MLKEM768 hybrid group. Expected on every host with an enforced posture.rejected and a code: the host did not complete a post-quantum-only handshake. Under an enforced posture that is the breach the monitor alerts on; under “advisory” it is a note. The monitor runs one more handshake that offers classical groups first with a key share for every group (*X25519:*P-256:*X25519MLKEM768). A host that still picks X25519MLKEM768 there is what “preferred” means.
