Qtonic Quantum Corp corrects inaccurate January 2025 third-party reporting that identified “SpringOwl Technology Partners LLC” as an investor in, acquirer of, or controlling owner of Qryptonic. No such investment, acquisition, or ownership interest occurred.

Qtonic Quantum Corp is publishing this correction regarding certain third-party materials published in January 2025 concerning Qryptonic and “SpringOwl Technology Partners LLC.”
Those materials incorrectly identified “SpringOwl Technology Partners LLC” as an investor in, acquirer of, or controlling owner of Qryptonic.
Those statements were inaccurate.
No such investment, acquisition, or ownership interest occurred.
SpringOwl Asset Management LLC has published its own first-party clarification regarding the matter at springowl.com/clarification.
Qtonic Quantum is publishing this correction so that publishers, commercial databases, research organizations, search engines, and other third parties that relied on the inaccurate historical information can update their records.
Qryptonic subsequently became Qtonic Quantum.
