What it watches
Externally observable cryptographic debt, harvest-now-decrypt-later exposure, TLS and certificate posture, and public-surface signals that may require deeper QStrike validation.
What it is not
Pulse does not replace vulnerability management, PKI, HSM, KMS, EDR, certificate lifecycle, or cloud security platforms.
